Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and on time delivery of monthly payroll process and monthly/ yearly reporting.
- Ensure proper record keeping of employee’s profile and all personnel related documents.
- Directs preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing the benefits and department operational budgets; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Prepares ad-hoc reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Supports management's decision making by analysing benefit options and predicting future costs.
- Recommends benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements and trends and developments in benefits offered in the market.
Performance Management
- Ensure proper record keeping and updates of staff’s profile in the Workday.
- Prepares performance review proposal and recommends remunerations proposal to management within the schedule given by corporate HR.
- Update approved remuneration for employees in BOSSNet and distribute relevant letters to them within the given schedule.
- Ensure all employees’ KPI (goals and objectives) are completed according to give schedule.
- Work with managers to monitor the status of goals and objectives achievement for staff and provide guidance when necessary.
HRMS Project Coordination
- Work with HRMS vendor (BOSS Net/ Sigma) on definition of project requirements and priorities for E-Claims and E-Leave.
- Produce functional/ technical documentation to agreed quality standards when requested.
- Perform project tasks according to the functional/ technical expertise area.
- Contribute to functional/ technical strategy, policy and procedure.
- Work with HRMS vendor, HR team members, 3rd party vendors and users to ensure the project meets business needs, completed timely and successfully.
- Conduct user training where necessary
Compensation and Benefits
- Involves in compensation and benefits such as monthly payroll and expenses claim verification
- Submit statutory information and make sure payment is made before deadline
- Compile data for yearly budget
Employee Engagement
- To provide support in developing and organizing employee engagement activities.
People Management
- Provide coaching, training and knowledge sharing to junior team members/ peers.
- Ensure employees’ HR related enquiries are attended to within timeframe agreed.
