Job summary

A leading entertainment company in Genting Highlands, Malaysia, is seeking an individual to manage driver attendance and handle limousine inquiries. The ideal candidate should have at least an SPM qualification, communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and possess basic PC skills. This role involves following SOPs and optimizing resources for operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate and write in simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possessing PC knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Good working performance and disciplinary record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in checking, reporting and recording drivers' attendance daily.
• Follow SOP and ensure smooth operation.
• Assist in planning and optimizing resources.
• Handle limousine enquiries/reservations via phone and email.
• Accept ad hoc jobs assigned by Supervisor/Executives.

• To follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure that operations run smoothly
• To assist in planning, monitoring and optimizing the resources to meet operational requirement
• To be rotated and work based on operation requirement
• To handle limousine enquiries / reservation via phone and email
• Add hoc job assigned by Supervisor / Executives
