To help us continue expanding, we are seeking a Costing Executive. The position reports to the Management Accountant/HR, based in our manufacturing facility in Kota Kemuning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily accounting activities related to production, including generating production orders in the ERP system, product and project costing, uploading Bills of Materials, and preparing monthly reports.
• Manage monthly inventory closing and conduct variance analysis.
• Participate in physical inventory checks and reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze reports on costs and product margins.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in costing, with ERP system proficiency in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Strong work ethic, analytical skills, sense of urgency, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
