Job summary

A construction company is seeking a candidate to assist in the management of contractual and commercial matters for M&E works. Responsibilities include preparing tender documents, monitoring project cost control, and liaising with internal teams. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates preferred.

• Prepare and update documentation for progress claims, variations, and payments.
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters.

• Support in sourcing and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in monitoring project cost control, budgeting, and cash flow reporting.
• Prepare and update documentation for progress claims, variations, and payments.
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters under supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
• Candidates with a Degree in Quantity Surveying are also encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of M&E works in construction is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and proactive attitude.
