Job summary

You will support cost planning, change management, and cost reporting, coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure cost visibility and accurate records. This office-based position emphasizes collaboration and proactive cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in QS/CM/cost-focused field.
• 2+ years cost management experience in projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cost estimates and cost plans using project data and benchmarks.
• Support value engineering and lifecycle costing to identify cost efficiencies.
• Prepare and maintain cost control reports, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Maintain change order logs, invoice logs, commitments and cost reports.
• Identify cost risks and support the project risk register.
• Attend meetings and document cost implications and decisions.
• Assist with contract administration and project close-out activities.
