Purpose Statement

Responsible for maintaining and managing Free Trade Agreements, Distribution Center Product Costing, Service Depot Accounting, and Internal Inventory Controls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Free Trade Agreement applications end-to-end, including new applications, renewals, and audits.
  • Handle APAC Service Depot accounting, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of standard cost systems (M-Plant / D-Plant), ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and GAAP.
  • Implement controls to ensure accurate product costing and inventory reporting, including procedures, policies, and compliance with quality and accounting standards.
  • Support Operations and Distribution teams with actual vs. budget analysis.
  • Assist the Finance department as needed.
  • Support the Cost Accounting Manager with financial analysis and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
  • 2-3 years of cost accounting experience in a multinational environment.
  • Experience in medical devices, biotech, pharmaceutical sectors is a plus but not required.
  • ERP knowledge required; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
