Job Description

• Preparation and analysis of inventory related reports including PPV, IPV, Premium Charges, Aging reports etc.
• Preparation and analysis of inventory reconciliation and inventory reserves.
• Month-end closing activities including journals preparation, accruals, prepayment, and accounts analysis.
• Preparation of Financial Reports, Budgets, & Forecasts.
• Support Quarterly Target Cost (TC) roll-up, Capex ROI, Asset Management, and analysis.
• Support site KPIs publication i.e. labor efficiency; scrap/manufacturing variances; equipment utilization; overhead cost recovery etc.
• Involved in activities that drive Plant Compliance including maintenance of reviews, supporting data and analysis for Internal and External Audits and Local Statutory requirements. Involved in physical inventory count activities.
• Ability to handle and deliver multi-tasks within tight deadlines and able to work beyond office hours to support month-end closing.
• Support ad-hoc assignments/projects as required.

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualification in Costing/Accounting.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Knowledge of ERP systems, i.e., Oracle will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical skills, proficiency in using spreadsheets to extract, compile, analyze, and interpret data, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills. Able to interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
