• Minimum Diploma/Degree in the tourism industry.
• Proven experience as a Ticketing Consultant (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN USING GDS SYSTEMS (application would be rejected otherwise)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in the tourism industry or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Ticketing Consultant within the travel industry
• Excellent knowledge of Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System) and knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo as travel agent (MIMIMUM 3 YEARS)
• Able to book flights, issue, re-issue and refund tickets
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, fare structures, fare rules and reservation systems
• Able to work independently and have good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Passionate for travel, tourism and hospitality industry
• Experience in corporate travel management or related roles is a plus.

Job responsibilities:

• Handle daily reservation & ticketing enquires
• Ensure timely issuance of tickets and flight reservations to meet the demand of our clients
• Assist in visa requirements, car rental, accommodation and other related travel services
• Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel.
• Ensure accuracy in travel bookings, including departure and arrival dates, passenger information and special requests
• Provide timely and accurate assistance to clients
• Maintaining good relationships with our FIT and Corporate clients
• Able to handle emergency ticketing matters
• Able to work on a shift rotation basis after working hours
• Familiarity with international travel regulations and requirements.
• Negotiate rates and terms with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel service providers
