Corporate Strategy Manager - Salary Up to RM15K #2023010363857#

A rapidly expanding healthcare company operating clinics for Japanese expatriates across four ASEAN countries, now extending its global footprint through M&A and strategic partnerships. The company aims to enhance access to quality medical care and address healthcare challenges in local communities worldwide. To support this growth, a Corporate Planning Office is being established, seeking dynamic young professionals to lead in strategy development, M&A activities, and global business expansion as founding team members.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
  2. Formulate and implement growth strategies for global expansion.

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new businesses and market development.

    Manage budget planning, KPIs, and reporting to management.

  1. M&A and Alliance Strategy
  2. Identify and research M&A targets among global medical institutions.

    Support acquisition negotiations, due diligence, and post-merger integration (PMI).

    Promote partnerships and alliances with local medical institutions.

  1. Business Development and Operations Improvement
  2. Support the launch of new clinics (site selection, operational model design, etc.).

    Develop initiatives to improve operations and maximize revenue at existing locations.

    Drive digital transformation (DX) to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, with preference for strategy consulting, management consulting, M&A advisory, or business development.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, capable of conducting market, competitive, and financial analysis for data-driven decisions.
  • Interest in working in a global environment with enthusiasm for expanding healthcare businesses internationally.
  • Experience leading and coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in M&A and PMI.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in overseas business, expatriate assignments, or global projects.
  • Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or higher recommended).
