Job summary

What You’ll Be Doing

Create Meaningful Community Impact

Plan, coordinate and participate in CSR initiatives that benefit communities, schools, educational institutions and those in need.

This may include:

Community outreach programmes

CSR talks and workshops

Donation and assistance programmes

Youth and educational initiatives

Community partnerships

Be an Ambassador for Al-Ikhsan Sports

Represent the company professionally during CSR programmes and build positive relationships with communities, educational institutions, NGOs and other external partners.

Help communicate the company’s commitment to social responsibility, positive values and community development.

Bring CSR Stories to Life

Work with internal teams to showcase CSR activities through social media and other communication platforms.

Help create awareness of the positive impact Al-Ikhsan Sports is making in the community.

Inspire & Engage Our People

Support employee engagement and development programmes across our HQ and retail outlets.

Conduct motivational, educational and awareness sessions that encourage:

This is not a desk-bound position.

You will have opportunities to visit outlets, schools, communities and programme locations while working with different people and organisations.

You should ideally have:

Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline

Genuine passion for CSR, community development and helping others

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence speaking in front of groups and conducting motivational or educational sessions

Good programme and event coordination skills

Ability to build relationships with schools, universities, NGOs, communities and external organisations

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of programmes

Professional and presentable personality

Valid driving licence and own transportation

Willingness to travel and conduct programmes primarily within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, leadership qualities and genuine passion for CSR are encouraged to apply.
