A leading training and development firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Corporate Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, a background in business studies, at least one year of sales experience, and a passion for the sales profession. The role involves regular interaction with clients and participation in promotional activities. Uncapped commissions are offered based on performance.
Develop new customers, identify and approach potential clients through phone calls, online platforms, and client visits.
Arrange and conduct sales meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Achieve sales targets, to meet personal and management-assigned sales goals.
Responsible for preparing sales reports, quotations, contracts and sales-related documents.
Report to the Sales Manager in regularly discuss work progress, client feedback and sales strategies.
Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, workshop and promotional activities.
Other duties as assigned by the Superior as and when needed.
Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or related field.
At least1 years of sales experiencein a similar role.
Proficiency inEnglishandBahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin: BIG plus!)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and negotiate.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Passion for the sales profession and a drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required, valid driver’s license.
Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm.
Uncapped monthly commissions based on performance.
