About the role

Humantech Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and experienced Outdoor Sales professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our range of innovative products and services.

Salary Package

Basic Salary + Fix Allowance + Commission (Earning up to RM8000++ Monthly)

What you'll be doing

Proactively prospecting and identifying new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities

Meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch Humantech's solutions

Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Participating in trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness

Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies

Providing detailed sales reports and forecasts to management

What we're looking for

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the sales or consulting industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Familiarity with sales reporting tools

A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient mindset

A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the klang valley area
