Job Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
2. Promote photocopier rental and sales solutions that meet client needs.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
4. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
6. Work closely with support and technical teams to ensure smooth machine delivery, installation, and maintenance.
7. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Language required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management (experience in office equipment, photocopiers, or IT solutions is a plus).
• Proven track record in client relationship management and sales performance.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer objections effectively.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
