Identifying and acquiring corporate clients for car rental and leasing services by conducting market research and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Job Description:

  1. Prepare monthly action plans and sales pipeline reports on a weekly basis.
  2. Proactively identify and secure new corporate clients through targeted sales efforts.
  3. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, offering tailored leasing/rental solutions to meet client needs.
  4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  5. Prepare quotations and leasing agreements for clients.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and quotation requests received via email or phone call within 24 hours.
  7. Determine the terms of agreements in consultation with Legal, clients, and management.
  8. Work closely with internal departments such as customer support to coordinate efforts and deliver exceptional value to corporate clients.
  9. Ensure timely submission of all billing and Statements of Account (SOA).
  10. Ensure timely collection of payments within the specified credit terms.
  11. Conduct follow-up with customers regarding service requirements, providing comprehensive vehicle information including costs, terms, and conditions.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales roles or related field.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  4. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
