Role Objective
To spearhead our corporate sales channel — acquiring and growing B2B partnerships that drive revenue across our beauty and aesthetic services, while positioning EMAX as a key wellness partner for corporates in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pitch to corporates (HR, C-levels, etc.) to secure partnerships
- Sell corporate beauty & aesthetic packages (facials, slimming, medical aesthetic procedures)
- Explore insurance wellness tie-ups and non-traditional partners (e.g. life coaches, gyms)
- Organize B2B activations – wellness events, lunch talks, or co-branded workshops
- Build and maintain strong account relationships for renewals and upsell
- Cross-sell across multiple EMAX brands
- Collaborate with marketing team to create decks, proposals, and case studies
Target Prospects
- MNCs, banks, property developers, SME employers
- HR teams with wellness budgets
- Insurance or benefit providers (where aesthetic services may qualify)
- Non-traditional collab partners (e.g. performance coaches, fitness studios, luxury brands)
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- 5–10 new corporate accounts signed
- RMXXX in new B2B sales generated
- 3+ cross-brand activations executed
- 1–2 strategic collaborations beyond corporate HR (e.g. wellness coaches or platforms)
Requirement
- 5+ years experience in B2B sales, corporate partnership, or client-facing roles
- Strong track record of closing medium- to high-value deals
- Familiar with corporate wellness, beauty, insurance, or lifestyle industries
- Excellent communication, fluent in English (Mandarin a bonus)
- Strong HR/corporate decision-maker network preferred
- Confident, independent, and commercially driven
