We are looking for a Corporate Quality Manager to further strengthen our Quality department.

As a Corporate Quality Manager, you will play an important role in developing the organization's Quality strategy, implementing Quality policies, and ensuring global and local compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or other requirements in order to harmonize and optimize the quality approach across plants and to be able to meet quality requirements of customers.

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

• You are the driving force behind the global development and implementation of Quality Management Systems, in order to maintain and keep certifications in the field of different applications (focus food & feed)
• You support the quality managers in the plants with the certification at plant level
• You lead and participate in specific global quality improvement and harmonization projects and ensure global and local implementation
• Provide scientific & regulatory affairs leadership for Oleon in the above-mentioned sectors for Asia and global geographies. Actively facilitate the regulatory validation of (new) concepts and product ideas
• You ensure the approval, documentation, and change management of customer act as a global contact person for the commercial

You'll succeed if:

• You have min 10 years of relevant experience within quality preferably in a similar role. Knowledge of food & feed certifications/legislations is a must
• You have excellent communication skills and speak & write fluently in English
• You are a change manager and are a real team player
• You are highly analytic, like to work autonomously, and have a great sense of
• You hold preferably a master degree with a scientific background
• Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
• You are willing to travel and accept short missions abroad (2-3 weeks) for maximum 20% of your time.
• You are proficient in quality management systems and tools
• You have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Required to handle projects individually
