Corporate Projects Executive

As the Corporate Projects Executive at The Makeover Guys, you are key in supporting our consultants. Our mission is enabling people to enjoy better homes. You will establish and cultivate relationships with developers and provide strategic solutions for their properties. What You’ll Do

• Research on prospective developments, developers, and personnel in charge.
• Consult clients by recommending our products or services to enhance their overall renovation experience.
• Support the tender pitch process through the preparation of quotations, moodboards, and proposal slides for our consultants.
• Preparation of invoices and follow up on collections & debts.
• Handle clients from pre to post renovation including handling documentation and communicating requests by owner to internal team.
• Co-manage renovation projects by overlooking progress, ensuring all details are informed to Operation and Creative teams, providing weekly updates to developer/clients.
• Support Client Relations team to upload assets, update details and monitor for errors on e-commerce platform.
• Additional ad-hoc tasks.

Working Arrangement

Hybrid. Work closely with our Client Relations team, Interior Designer, and Project Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Interest/background in property, interior & real estate.
• Great time management skills, results-driven, self-motivated, and high level of accountability.
• Able to think creatively and innovatively in improving department’s processes.
• Must be a people’s person and able to handle different clients’ personalities with grace.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
