Job Description
Strategic Planning & Enterprise Performance Oversight
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of long-term strategic blueprints, operational roadmaps, and performance evaluations, ensuring congruence with organizational objectives and established methodologies (e.g., Hoshin, MTBP, GPM).
Key Metrics (KPI/KRI) Management & Financial Governance
- Manage the annual MTBP financial planning cycle and establish corporate-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), encompassing continuous tracking and deep-dive analysis of performance across various periods.
Executive Insight & Business Intelligence
- Compile and deliver compelling management reports and presentations, synthesizing financial and operational data to empower informed executive choices.
Cross-functional & External Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal departments and external parties, assisting with corporate briefings/gatherings, strategic outreach, and significant undertakings like new business formations or mergers/acquisitions.
Growth Initiatives & Special Assignments
- Provide support and leadership for targeted projects, including profitability analysis and long-range value chain expansion strategies, while also handling urgent reporting requests and broader corporate initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any equivalent qualification or Professional Qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CFA & etc)
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of working experience in related fields (Automotive or Financial Service including Credit Services).
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Strong command in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words.
- Knowledge in Data Analysis Tools would be an extra advantage.
- Willing to travel.
