Job Description:

(Only allowed and supervised job scopes will apply to Chamber position):
Conduct legal research, analyzing evidence, and advising clients on the potential outcomes of litigation
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
- Attend court hearings, client meetings and negotiations settlements on behalf of the clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including pre-trial hearings, trials and appeals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Must posses a Bachelor's Degree in Law with qualified certificates or equivalent.
- Able to speak English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to work independently and under minimal supervision (not applicable to Chamber position)
