Job Description:

CORPORATE LAWYER
1. Drafting or reviewing agreements
2. Conducting research and drafting legal opinion.
3. Conducting legal due diligence and preparing legal due diligence report.
4. Attending to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time.

CONVEYANCING CLERK
1. Able to handle sub-sale and retail loan cases.
2. Liaising with banks, authorities and clients.
3. Able to do clerical and administrative works.
4. Able to work the file independently.

CHAMBERING PUPIL/PARALEGAL
1. Assist lawyers in handling all legal related matters
2. other works assigned by the firm from time to time

Qualifications and Requirements:

CORPORATE LAWYER
1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, equity or debt capital markets, or mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice.
2. Fresh graduates or junior candidates with a strong interest in corporate law are also encouraged to apply.

CONVEYANCING CLERK
1. 2 - 5 years experience in conveyancing work.
2. Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.


CHAMBERING PUPIL/PARALEGAL
1. Graduates who have completed the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or possess an equivalent legal qualification.
2. Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and a keen eye for detail, Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is an added advantage.
3. Willingness to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
