• To plan and execute projects and/or tasks to complete various matters

• To practice diverse areas of laws (Corporate & Conveyancing)

• To assist the Firm in handling matters across various departments

• To report and update the partner and to take instructions

• Able to handle pressure well

• Able to adapt to and execute Firm’s direction and/or instruction

• To handle various portfolios of work (Corporate & Conveyancing)

• To attend due diligence exercises

• To do opinion writing and be able to give independent opinion
