Requirements

• Working experience as a Corporate Lawyer / In-House Counsel for at least 2 years.
• Experience in corporate procedures, including strong experience in legal & permit acquisition aspects of Corporate Law.
• Experience in working with different types of contracts and being accustomed to Civil Law (both legislation and principle).
• Experience in e-hailing (transportation) business and Intellectual Property will be an advantage.
• Graduate in Law / LLB.
• Strong command of the English language.

Job-Related Responsibilities

• Ensure all company licenses are up to date and valid and handle renewal or obtaining of the permit/license, including branch permit.
• Review and draft contracts of various types (analyze contracts for compliance with current legislation, for compliance with the organization requirements).
• Consult on various issues and provide legal research on various issues along with drafting necessary documents, such as memorandums, letters, notices, proxies, etc.
• Support system and provide assistance for other lawyers, including in managing / maintaining relationships with any third parties and regulators.
• Liaise and coordinate with other departments/functions within the organization to ensure proper and timely execution of deals and corporate actions from a business and commercial perspective.
