Job summary

Job Description:

• The job scope may cover one or more of the following areas: mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, banking & finance, real estate, regulatory compliance and other types of corporate and commercial work.
• Drafting and reviewing agreement
• Conducting legal due diligence for corporate exercise
• Conducting research and drafting legal opinion
• Attending to clients and other work as assigned by the firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must possess a LLB (Hons) of at least 2:1 from a reputable university
• PQE of 1 to 3 years with experience in any one or more of the legal practice areas, drafting transaction documents and conducting legal due diligence would be preferred
• Excellent command of English and communication skills
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Qualified to practise law in Malaysia
• Newly qualified lawyer with strong credentials is encouraged to apply
