Qualifications

• Membre du Barreau malais.
• Au moins 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pratique en conveyancing.

Responsibilities

• Rédiger des accords de vente et d'achat, des accords de coentreprise.
• Gérer des projets liés à la conveyance.
• Conseiller sur les exigences bancaires et les transactions.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Corporate Lawyer with strong negotiation and analytical skills. The incumbent is expected to display influential decision-making research and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to draft Sale & Purchase Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and Corporate Banking.

Able to handle and monitor related projects and/or sub-sale conveyancing and lean matters.

Familiar with all bank’s requirement in loan execution, advises and their SOP for sub-sale transaction.

Actively update clients and all related parties on the file status.

Maintaining good communication and a positive working relationship with all stakeholders.

Represent the firm’s clients in any transactions undertaken by the firm on behalf of clients.

Ensure up to date database and knowledge of the legislation, rules and regulations in relation to real estate matters.

Requirements:

Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and a member of the Malaysia Bar.

At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in conveyancing practice and procedures.

Fluent (spoken and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysian.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Great organization skills, attention to deal, ability multi tasks, prioritize assignments, follow-up, meet deadlines, systematic and able to works independently as well as part of the team.

Possess own transport.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
