As we expand our regional presence, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate HR Regional Manager to lead and oversee HR operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. This role is crucial in driving workforce planning, talent development, and HR compliance while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with respective local labor laws and HR regulations in all three countries.

- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.

- Partner with senior leadership to enhance HR policies and organizational culture.

- Foster a positive workplace culture and drive HR best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in a regional role

- Strong knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand’s labor laws and HR best Practices

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to drive change, foster a high-performance culture, and implement HR innovations.

- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse cultural environments.

- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
