The Corporate Financial Accounting Manager will be a key player in the Accounting & Finance department of a large organisation in the manufacturing industry. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting and finance knowledge to handle financial tasks and drive company growth.

Description

• Lead and manage the Financial Accounting (FA) team to meet service standards through training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, P&G accounting standards, and internal controls across all FA areas.
• Oversee the annual statutory audit, including preparing schedules, financial analysis, issue resolution, drafting accounts, and reviewing with management.
• Manage company funds by overseeing AP and AR processes, ensuring accuracy in GL classifications, and handling vendor payments.
• Monitor cash flow, hedging, and treasury reports, ensuring compliance with Central Bank regulations.
• Prepare financial evaluations for business decisions under tight deadlines.
• Conduct team and interdepartmental meetings, resolve issues, and report status.
• Coach FA associates and allocate resources to achieve business goals.
• Troubleshoot SAP FI-CO issues, manage master data, and COA in SAP.

Profile

• University degree in Accounting or Business
• Applicant which will be working in Kuantan
• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting or Audit function
• Accounting or audit experience in the manufacturing environment will be preferred
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of accounting functions
• Local Accounting standards and GAAP
• Knowledge and experience of MS office tools, especially MS Excel
• SAP system knowledge preferred - DO, FI, MM module

Job Offer
