A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a corporate finance and treasury manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, and compliance. The role requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably in construction, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

This is a full-time position for a corporate finance and treasury professional.
We are looking for manager and assistant manager (both).
What you'll be doing
· Manage the corporate finance & treasury team. The candidate will oversee all related reports, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and funding support
· Establish and implement fund management strategies to achieve optimal returns
· Develop a proposition for fundraising and explore funding opportunities
· Explore and evaluate options of investment instruments, along with risks and returns analysis and tax implications
· Prepare monthly report on corporate finance & treasury activities
· Analyse financial data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations to the senior management team
· Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
· Executing capital-raising strategies to support a company expansion
· Facilitate loan origination, loan documentation, loan agreements, and project financing
· Facilitate provision of financial advisory and due diligence exercise
· Prepare/validate documents before releasing to the public or for Bursa announcements
· Manage and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, such as banks/financial institutions, financiers, fund managers, investors, regulators, and business partners
· Undertake investor relations activities
· Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
What we're looking for
· 6+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, preferably within the construction industry
· Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data to drive strategic decision-making
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements
· Preferably Chinese speaking. He/she must be able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners
