Your new role

As one of the pillars in the team, you will be in charge of:

• Involve in the identification and evaluation of M&A or partnership opportunities
• Support due diligence efforts through financial analysis and documentation
• Implementing business strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Research and analyse industry trends and competitors to support decision-making
• Support performance tracking through KPIs
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within assigned business units

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role, you will need to possess:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, preferably with CFA qualification
• More than 8 years of working experience within the Corporate Finance, Strategy, Consulting sector
• Exposure to M&A is an added advantage.
• Adept in Financial Modelling, Feasibility Study and Business Development.
