Develop and implement financial strategies for financial growth of the company

Provide measures for cash flow management, ensuring the company meets its operational and investment needs

Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, clients and third party in formal meetings

Analyse financial performance of past, present and expected operations to identify development opportunities and suggest improvement areas

Forecast future revenue and expenditures to determine company budgets for long-term financial planning and management

Monitor investment of funds and manage associated risks, supervise and support cash management activities

Lead capital-raising exercise to support expansion activities

Negotiate and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to secure funding and favourable terms

Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in line with corporate objectives

Coordinate with external auditors and managing internal controls

Stay up to date and adhere to financial regulations, including audits, tax filings, and corporate governance requirements.

Ensures department work is in compliance with company group wide policies, standards and procedures in relation to QHSE and PSM

Perform necessary corporate due diligent exercise before signing/engaging with new partner/associates/suppliers/customers.

Working closely with investment bankers/corporate advisor/ESG consultant before completion of any corporate exercises and reports.

Lead corporate communications, coordinate with consultant and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, investors, and the media

Manage the preparation and distribution of company disclosures, annual reports, press releases, and other official corporate materials

Develop and implement strategies for enhancing corporate reputation and public relations

Provide advisory support to the Board of Directors on corporate strategy, governance, and financial implications of business decisions

Manage corporate events, investor meetings, and other engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders

Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements including but not limited to BURSA and Security Commission Malaysia, and maintain good corporate governance practices

Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate finance and corporate affairs teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the teams.

Coordinating in Company AGM and EGM.

Ad-hoc assignment by the Group.

Assists Top Management when required.

Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.

Ensure the Company is compliance with HSE requirements.
