Job description

Assist superior and team members in preparing client proposals including IPOs, fund raising, M&As, and other corporate exercises;

Support the development of presentation materials and proposals for clients under the guidance of senior team members;

Conduct research, assist in financial analysis, financial modelling, valuations, industry and market overviews, and provide inputs for strategic rationale of transactions;

Assist in preparing pitch documents, reports, and presentation materials;

Gather and analyze financial data, industry research, and media coverage relevant to corporate exercises;

Provide support in project coordination and execution of transactions and assignments from planning to completion;

Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

• Degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance or relevant studies;
• 1–2 years of working experience in corporate finance, advisory, audit, accounting, or finance.
• Basic understanding of rules and regulations issued by SC, Bursa Malaysia, BNM, MITI, and other regulatory bodies related to corporate finance;
• Strong willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks;
• Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance and supervision;
• Good command of the English language;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
