Job Overview

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving strategic financial initiatives and corporate growth. You will be responsible for preparing financial analyses to support value creation and feasibility studies, assisting in the development of impactful presentations for senior management and the Board, and coordinating corporate exercises and investment appraisals. This role offers excellent exposure to high-level decision-making and cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for corporate strategy.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Finance

  • Monitor and analyse general macroeconomic indications and perform periodic competitor benchmarking.
  • Support the monitoring and updating of the firm’s Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC).
  • Assist in portfolio review exercises and prepare period tracking of capital allocation performance.

Strategic Investments

  • Prepare detailed financial models and feasibility studies accompanied by financial returns and valuation analysis to support strategic investments and project appraisals.
  • Assist in developing business plans and investment appraisals including evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and preparing Management and Board papers for internal approvals.

Finance Business Partner for Commercial

  • Assist Commercial segment by providing financial analysis support to drive retail and commercial business unit growth.
  • Support decision-making through preparation of business case evaluation, scenario analysis and financial impact assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields (Accounting, Finance, Corporate Finance, Business, Economics).
  • Candidates with professional qualifications such as ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA, CFA or are in the process of obtaining accreditation from such professional bodies are also welcome to apply.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, consulting, or related areas
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Comfortable with numerical-related work, strong analytical skills and able to develop high-quality presentations and findings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
