Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making processes. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital expenditures, by conducting financial due diligence and valuation analyses.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and external parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Monitor industry trends, economic conditions, and competitor performance to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
