Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd seeks a skilled legal and compliance professional to support the General Counsel of South East Asia. The role focuses on Malaysia, identifying risks and providing strategic guidance to JLL Malaysia's operations.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, handle disputes, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to global legal and compliance projects while training teams on ethics and compliance.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a recognized law school.
• 6+ years post-admission experience in private practice or in-house.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Understanding of the real estate industry and its growth areas.
