As the Manager of Corporate Communication, your primary role will be to oversee and drive all aspects of our company's communication strategy, both internally and externally. You will be the custodian of our brand reputation, ensuring that our company's voice is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our corporate values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Media & Public Relations: Manage media relations, draft press releases, and maintain a positive public image; handle crisis communications and position key executives in the media.
Internal Communications: Develop strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement, such as townhalls, CEO talks, and interdepartmental communication.
External Communications: Oversee all external messaging to ensure brand consistency; collaborate with marketing and leadership on communication policies.
Content Creation: Write and edit speeches, editorials, advertorials, memos, and organizational materials for various audiences.
Digital & Social Media Management: Maintain and update digital platforms, manage social media presence, and adapt to digital trends to maximize engagement.
Corporate Identity & Branding: Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials and channels in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
Event Management: Plan and execute events aligned with the college’s mission, engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Employee Engagement: Implement communication strategies for students, staff, alumni, and donors; promote transparent and timely employee relations.
Strategy & Analysis: Build and analyze communication strategies to boost public awareness, engagement, and organizational goals.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the communications team, managing workflows and ensuring high-quality, timely execution of initiatives.
