The ideal candidate should be able to lead on Company's Annual Report, strategize on corporate communications material and branding, and narratives that strengthen the Group’s presence in the construction industry.
Job Responsibilities :-
- Lead on the development and delivery of Company’s Annual Report
- Manage the development of corporate communication programs and marketing materials in an effective and efficient manner.
- Oversee the implementation of all communications materials including website, advertisements, brochures and videos to continually enhance Corporate brand image and brand name.
- Identify, manage and submit for industry awards.
- Liaise and coordinate closely with Group Brand Marketing & Communications and external parties to prepare media releases for Company’s communication exercises.
- Coordinate with relevant parties involved to ensure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities are consistently executed within Sunway Construction Group of Companies.
- Effectively plan, develop, implement and monitor Knowledge Management initiatives for the Company.
- Ensure that all documentation requirements are in compliance with the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health (QESH) Management System at all times.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Public Relation, Mass Communication or relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, branding, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong writing and editorial skills with experience in developing content for annual reports, press releases, websites, and marketing materials.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate with experiences from construction or real-estate industry will be preferred.
