Corporate Advisory Senior Consultant

Work scope includes mainly:

• To lead Hong Kong/NASDAQ/ SGX/ Malaysia IPO consulting jobs;
• To lead Pre-IPO assessment and financial due diligence reviews;
• To formulate proposals for fund raising and M&A deals;
• To bridge the investors with the project owners;
• To assist in deal negotiation; and
• To travel to Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore as and when necessary.

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines;
• At least 3-5 years of audit experience from sizeable firms;
• Past IPO experience will definitely an advantage;
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (as our clients mainly from China);
• Positive, reliable, good attention to details, well organised in work; and
• Independent and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
