Job Description:

This role offers an excellent opportunity to quickly build upon your accounting, tax and financial management experience. You will form part of a team providing accounting and advisory support to international businesses from a diverse range of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in scoping and estimating process improvement engagements with clients
• Evaluate and assess production processes for improvement opportunities through process change or automation
• Take ownership of work-streams or projects, design and conduct analyses of data/processes, perform secondary research, synthesize conclusions, and make presentations
• Communicate with clients to advise on process change and impact
• Document process diagrams, SOPs, and other materials to support process improvement activities
• Set standards for documentation for clients
• Identify and quantify process improvement opportunities for clients
• Collaborate with team members across the company
• Assist in generating awareness and demand for process improvement activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will be considered for a Senior role
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and people skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
