EY is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration for the next-generation core system modernisation within financial services. You will lead a team of consultants, architects, and domain specialists to deliver transformative outcomes, shaping clients' digital futures by unlocking value from data and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience in core system data migration or related project management
• Experience with next-generation/core systems platforms and migration tools (ETL frameworks, data validation tools, migration engines)
• Deep understanding of financial services core modules (Banking, Insurance, Treasury)
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting (e.g. CCRIS, MFRS9)
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Responsibilities

• Define data migration strategy aligned with project objectives and timelines
• Act as primary client contact for migration matters
• Lead end-to-end data migration delivery for core system implementations
• Collaborate with consultants, technical leads and stakeholders for cross-workstream consistency
• Provide guidance on migration planning, risk identification and issue resolution
• Ensure quality and governance standards across the migration process
