Job summary

A leading company in payment solutions is seeking a Store Keeper to manage inventory and prepare terminals for deployment. The role requires excellent organization skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle pressure. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a related field and possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome, as training will be provided.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • To prepare terminals for deployment based on request and requirement.
  • To receive and check all returned terminals, to maintain and keep inventory records accurately.
  • Ascertain that received terminals are stored in the correct storage areas and in accordance to the model and category.
  • Arrange all terminals and payment devices in an organized manner to avoid damage.
  • Receive terminals and ensure that they correlate to the accompanying delivery documents.
  • Prepare terminal to be delivered out along with appropriate paperwork.
  • Maintain both terminal delivery and receiving logs.
  • Liaise with the maintenance team for any faulty terminals to repair.
  • To clean up terminals and restore for recycling.
  • Keep warehouse area clean and sanitized on a constant basis, and optimize space by ensuring that everything is in its place.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess with a minimum one (1) year of working experience as store keeper and warehouse or related field.
  • Computer literate with basic calculation knowledge.
  • Good time management and organization skills, detail oriented able to prioritise works.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels of people.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to handle and manage work related pressure.
  • Able to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision and work beyond regular working hours if required in meeting timelines and objectives.
  • Good working attitude, self-discipline, wiling to learn and a team player.
  • Minimum six (6) months contract position is available and conversion as permanent position subject to individual performance and suitability of the position.
  • Working location: Kepong Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

Education Requirements

  • Candidate must possess with a minimum of SPM or above level in any discipline or any other equivalent qualifications.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
