Serve as a regional security coordinator for Global Security operations in conjunction with the Global Security Associate Director. Ensure effective security operations, intelligence management, crisis response, and compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

Responsibilities
  • In coordination with Assoc Dir GS, conduct liaison with Lilly affiliates and sites to support Global Security programs
  • Provide travel security guidance and risk assessments, including handling travel permission procedures for high-risk countries in the region.
  • Utilize the International SOS and the Travel Tracker applications to support the personal security of employees, contractors, and any third party traveling on Lilly's behalf.
  • Liaison with affiliates, the legal team, legal counsel, and Global Security's investigative service providers on product protection cases under supervision of the Global Security Assoc Director.
  • Monitor regional security situations and assist in preparing situation reports (SITREP) as needed.
  • Liaison with Lilly Quality (APRC and local RCPs) and affiliates in connection with the suspect product report and product authentication.
  • Oversee and liaise with Lilly Quality, affiliates, and Global Security's investigative service providers on the suspect product sample handling and shipment to the Pharmaceutical Investigation Team (PIT) for lab analysis.
  • Administer the iSight case management system, including creating and uploading initial case summaries and case updates.
  • Oversee compliance with Lilly Policies and Procedures relating to Global Security's investigative service provider onboarding process, including Anti-Corruption Due Diligence (ACDD), Working with Third Parties (WwTP), Investigative Service Agreement (ISA), and Lilly supplier creation via Buy@Lilly.
  • Liaison with the affiliate finance team on the Global Security Asia Pacific's expenditure transactions, including purchase request via Ariba Buying, invoice settlement of the Global Security's investigative service providers, Concur expense reporting, and year-end requirement procedure.
  • Serve as the primary contact with Global Security's investigative service providers relating to the procurement process, billing invoice, and settlement process.
  • Support travel arrangements and expense reporting for the Associate Director as required.
