Purpose of Position
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including uploading rates into the CW1 system.

Key Tasks

  1. Rates Upload: Timely upload of client rates into the CW1 system
  2. Spot quotations using the CW1 quotation module
  3. Assist in 64 code account creation and credit application (eCAF)
  4. Assist in maintaining the tariff folder in the shared drive
  5. Assist with department administrative tasks

Perform assigned tasks to support the company in meeting its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety, and the environment as documented, and follow all requirements outlined in the QHSE policy. It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that their day-to-day activities embrace sustainability and health and safety, reducing the impact on the environment, supporting the communities we work in, and minimizing incidents in the workplace.

Experience & Education

  1. Self-motivated and self-disciplined
  2. Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  3. Organized, flexible, and able to work under tight deadlines
  4. Strong administrative skills
  5. Ability to work independently as well as a team player
  6. Basic knowledge of air/sea/customs brokerage
  7. Understanding of the company’s service offerings and pricing policy
  8. Expertise and professionalism in customer interactions, understanding customer requirements
  9. 1 year of relevant business experience preferred
  10. High competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
