An established fashion retail chain company is now looking to hire a COO or DEPUTY COO.

We are an established fashion chain store company. In line with our long-term corporate strategy plan, we are seeking a COO or DEPUTY COO to work closely with the CEO and Commercial Director on the implementation of the overall operation strategy for the achievement of our vision.

Your role:-

You shall be reporting to the CEO. Your responsibilities shall entail;

· Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop and ensure effective implementation of the operation strategies, policies, practices and SOPs.

· Responsible to lead and coach the Operations Leadership team

· Work closely with the Regional Operation Managers and Area Managers to achieve key KPI metrics.

· Monitor overall business performance indicators of entire retail operations team.

· To develop and implement initiatives geared toward operational excellence, which includes long-term planning and project management.

What you'll need to succeed:-

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

· Has prior experiences as the roles of Operations Director or Senior Operation Manager

· Must have prior employment experience in shoes, fashion, sporting goods, handbag or F&B. (Applicants who are knowledgeable in these five areas are a major plus)

· Achieve more than RM50 millions in turnover in your previous company

· Passionate, recognition of performance, strong skills in Human resource management in line with the organization’s people-oriented and loving, care culture.

· Possess excellent people's management skills

· Highly meticulous and strong administrative personnel

· Excellent command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English. Able to communicate confidently with various stakeholders in larger settings.

· Possess strong interpersonal skills.

· Entrepreneurial mindset and goals will be an added advantage.
