We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Conveyancing Secretary to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, along with a solid understanding of the conveyancing process, ensuring smooth transactions for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Assist in the preparation and processing of legal documents related to property transactions
Maintain accurate records and manage files efficiently
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication
Handle inquiries and provide support throughout the conveyancing process
️ Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
Conduct research on property titles and relevant legislation
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing or legal administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of Malaysian property laws is an advantage
