Job Description:

CONVEYANCING LAWYER
- Manage the end-to-end process of sales, purchases, sub-sales, and refinancing transactions, from initiation to the handover of vacant or legal possession.
- Possess strong familiarity with banking documentation and procedures.
- Liaise effectively with clients, financial institutions, and relevant government authorities, including the Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN, and others.
- Provide comprehensive legal opinions and advice on all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, as well as loan drawdowns.
- Address and resolve legal issues arising from residential and commercial property projects.
- Oversee and attend the execution of Sale and Purchase Agreements and Loan Documentation.

PARALEGAL
- Capable of independently managing sub-sale loan and Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)documentation.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling sub-sale conveyancing files.
- Expected to liaise with clients, including financial institutions and government authorities such as the Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN, and others.
- Experienced in handling conveyancing matters related to retail, project, or commercial loans and SPA documentation with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is in added advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

CONVEYANCING LAWYER
- Holds an LLB degree.
- Able to handle SPA and loan files for sub-sales.
- Dedicated and responsible in their role.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Capable of meeting deadlines.
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and a positive working attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- At least 2 years of experience in conveyancing.


PARALEGAL
- At least 1 year of experience in handling conveyancing sub-sale files.
- Familiar with loan.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Able to complete tasks within given timelines with minimal supervision.
