Responsibilities

• Conveyancing Lawyer: Attending to Sale and Purchase transactions for housing projects, sub-sales, loan documentation, drafting various types of agreements and general conveyancing transactions.
• Chambering Student (Pupil): Learning and assisting the Master and lawyers in the firm to attend to the above conveyancing work. Potential to be retained as a conveyancing lawyer subsequently.
• Accounts Clerk: Assist to manage clients’ accounts and office accounts, including preparing payments by cheques / bank transfer etc.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Conveyancing Lawyer: Junior practising lawyer with less than 5 years in practice, or at least have completed chambering (pupillage). Good written and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Have own transport and able to travel within a radius of 100 km from office.
• Chambering Student (Pupil): Qualified person under the Legal Profession Act 1976 to commence chambering (pupillage) immediately. Diligent, responsible and eager to learn. Good written and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Accounts Clerk: Basic accounting knowledge and familiar with common accounting software. Possess good working attitude and able to work well with other colleagues.
