Job Description:

Conveyancing Lawyer:
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Handle Sale & Purchase and Loan Documentation for Projects, Residential and Commercial Buildings, Lands, and Factories.
- Manage Property and Real Estate Finance.
- Additional points if experienced in Corporate & Commercial Agreement Drafting.

Chambering (Litigation):
- Assist lawyers with drafting correspondences, cause papers, conducting legal research, attending case management and mentions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Chambering (Conveyancing):
- Exposure to and handling of files and works.
- Handle Sale and Purchase & Loan Financing for Residential and Commercial Properties, Lands, and Factories.
- Manage Property & Real Estate Finance/Loan cases.
- Gain high exposure to various types of conveyancing practices and tasks.
