• 3 to 5 years experience in conveyancing practice.
• Able to handle SPA, loan documentation, sub-sale independently.
• Good working knowledge of conveyancing practice and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle all conveyancing matters including preparing SPA and documentation.

Job responsibilities

To handle all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project / sub-sales, loan, and other conveyancing files until completion / commercial agreement.

Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.

Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing the status report, and other types of work assigned by the firm/company from time to time.

Advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts.

Any other tasks related to conveyancing that are not stipulated above.

Job requirement

3 to 5 years experience in conveyancing practice.

Able to manage/handle SPA, loan documentation, sub-sale, project & perfection matters etc independently.

Good working knowledge of conveyancing practice and procedures.

Responsible, proactive and able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
