Conveyancing Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Conveyancing Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.

What You'll Do:
Manage all aspects of property transactions from inception to completion.
Prepare and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and title deeds.
️ Provide legal advice on property-related matters to clients.
Conduct due diligence and resolve any issues arising from property transactions.
Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations affecting conveyancing practices.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in conveyancing or related field.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian property laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
