Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join our legal team in Kajang, Selangor. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in loan documentation and sub sales transactions. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring all legal documents are accurate and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project / sub-sale, loan and other conveyancing files until completion.
• Review loan documentation thoroughly before execution.
• Attend to clients, correspondences, prepare status reports and other types of work assigned by the firm / company from time to time.
• Prepare and check sub sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, banks, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Ensure all deadlines and timelines are met efficiently.
• Provide legal advice related to conveyancing matters as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and be called to the Malaysian Bar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing, particularly in loan documentation and subsales.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian conveyancing laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
