Rohamat & Ling is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Clerk to manage various legal tasks. This role involves handling property agreements, assisting corporate lawyers, and ensuring effective communication with clients and authorities. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome. Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective documentation and client interaction.
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should be:
Able to handle and manage conveyancing work independently.
Willing to assist corporate lawyers with legal and administrative tasks.
Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions diligently.
Handle direct sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements (for properties under construction).
Manage sub-sale transactions and retail loan documentation.
Attend to commercial and SME loans.
Conduct follow-ups and liaise with law firms, bank officers, LHDN, and land offices.
Prepare status reports and update clients and internal teams on file progress.
Corporate
Assist in liaising with clients, authorities, and external parties.
Provide support for general documentation and administrative work as required.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of conveyancing experience preferred.
Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply.
Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
